Terms of Use – Inquiry Bazaar

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

The following agreement captures the terms and conditions of use (“Agreement”) applicable to your use of Inquiry Bazaar (“Platform”), which facilitates business connections between buyers and suppliers. This Agreement is between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Inquiry Bazaar.

By accessing, registering, interacting with other users, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

I. WEBSITE – MERELY A VENUE / PLATFORM

The Platform acts as a connecting medium for users to interact and negotiate for the sale or supply of goods and services.

Inquiry Bazaar is not a party to any transaction between users and does not participate in any agreements formed between them.

Inquiry Bazaar:

• Does not control the quality, safety, or legality of products/services
• Does not guarantee completion of transactions
• Is not responsible for the buyer or seller's performance

This Agreement does not create any partnership or joint venture between Inquiry Bazaar and users.

II. SERVICES PROVIDED

Inquiry Bazaar provides services including, but not limited to:

• Business listings and profile creation
• Inquiry generation and lead connection
• Product and service promotion
• Premium visibility and promotional tools

All services are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Inquiry Bazaar.

III. USER(S) ELIGIBILITY

User(s) represent and warrant that they are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

• Users must be 18 years or older
• The platform is strictly for business/commercial use
• Unauthorized or suspended users are not allowed to access services

Inquiry Bazaar reserves the right to refuse service to any user at any time.

IV. USER(S) AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies to all users accessing or using the Platform.

User(s) agree that they will:

• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not transfer, assign, or misuse platform services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

In case of conflict between this Agreement and specific service terms, service-specific terms shall prevail.

V. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

Inquiry Bazaar reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.

• Changes become effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Inquiry Bazaar or its licensors.

User(s) agree that they will not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use platform content for commercial exploitation

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

VII. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

• Inquiry Bazaar does not control or endorse such websites
• Users access third-party sites at their own risk
• Users are advised to review their terms and policies

VIII. TERMINATION

Inquiry Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time without prior notice.

Termination may occur if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Terms of Use are violated
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
• Platform misuse occurs

No refund shall be provided unless explicitly stated.

IX. REGISTERED USER(S)

Users may register by providing the required business and contact details.

By registering, users agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and updated
• They are authorized to represent their business
• Inquiry Bazaar may verify and share information with other users

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and activity.

X. DATA PROTECTION / PERSONAL INFORMATION

User information is collected and used as per the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to:

• Collection and use of their data
• Communication via calls, messages, or emails

XI. POSTING CONTENT ON PLATFORM

Users may post business content, including products, services, and information.

User(s) agree that content:

• Is accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Does not violate third-party rights
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

Inquiry Bazaar reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

XII. INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS

Inquiry Bazaar provides a platform for interaction but does not control transactions.

User(s):

• Are solely responsible for their dealings
• Must verify the authenticity of other users
• Bear all risks associated with transactions

Inquiry Bazaar is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions.

XIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Inquiry Bazaar shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect business loss
• Errors, interruptions, or delays
• User-generated content or third-party actions

Users agree to indemnify Inquiry Bazaar against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

XIV. NOTICES

All notices may be sent via:

• Email
• Platform notifications
• Registered contact details

XV. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in North - West Delhi.

XVI. GENERAL / MISCELLANEOUS

• Headings are for reference only
• Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• If any provision is invalid, others remain enforceable
• This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between users and Inquiry Bazaar

By using Inquiry Bazaar, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and for genuine business purposes.
